Setting Up Customer Access
Navigate to the Customers Area:
Log in to your Load Manager account.
Go to the Customers section.
Select the Customer:
Click on the customer you wish to grant access to.
Verify Customer Type:
Ensure that the Type field is set to Customer(Bill To). If not, update this setting.
Create Login Credentials:
Click on the Portal tab.
Enter a Login Name and a Password for the customer and click Add New Login.
Verify the Load Types the customer can view.
Click "Use Settings/Load Status configuration" to open a page to view and choose various Load Statuses for all customers.
Or Click the circle option and select the Load Types while holding the Ctrl key for the specific customer you are creating the Portal login for.
Share the Login Details:
Copy the Portal link.
Send the link, along with the Login Name and Password, to your customer.
