Load Manager TMS allows you to create professional invoices, rate confirmations, bills of lading (BOLs), and other forms, all branded with your company logo. Here we will give a step by step guide on how to upload your logo.
Follow these simple steps to get started:
Click the "Settings" button on the Dashboard.
Find and the "Company Logo" section.
Click the "Choose File" button and choose your logo from your computer.
Tip: A PNG file is recommended for the best quality and to support transparent backgrounds, but our system accepts any image file type.
Click the "Save" button to upload your logo.
Verify the Upload
Confirm your logo appears at the top of the site.
Generate a new form (e.g., an invoice or rate confirmation) to ensure your logo displays in the top left corner.
You’ll enhance the professionalism of your documents and reinforce your brand identity with every form you generate now that your logo is uploaded. Your logo will automatically appear on the next form you create—no additional steps required!
