Camera Usage

With your permission, we use your camera to capture document images like a signed Bill of Laden, delivery receipts and other documents. We may also use your camera to capture photos of damaged products or other related issues for the freight being picked up and delivered.

Photo Library Usage

With your permission, we use your photo library to upload photos like a signed Bill of Laden, delivery receipts and other documents that you have taken a picture of. This makes is easier for you to send these photos the dispatchers, shippers and other stakeholders of the freight that is being delivered.

Location Always and When In Use Usage

With your permission, we will use your location information to advise the dispatchers, shippers and other stakeholders where the current location of the freight is. This is performed even while the app runs in the background.

Location When In Use Usage

The app do not use location or track data when the app is closed.

Motion Usage

With your permission, we will use your motion information to advise the dispatchers, shippers and other stakeholders if the freight being hauled is idle or on the move. For example if there is traffic or a mechanical breakdown we can advise of a delay.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
